Abstract

The wide application of network has brought great convenience to life. Therefore, the college notice and file sharing management combined with the current network, using Java technology to build the college notice and file sharing system APP, realize the college notice and file sharing information. 考虑到实际生活中在学院通知与文件分享管理方面的需要以及对该系统认真的分析，将系统权限按管理员，教师和学生这三类涉及用户划分。

（1）前台用例

教师和学生进入APP可以实现首页、通知文件、在线提问、系统公告、我的等内容；

教师在我的页面可以对个人中心、通知文件、在线提问、我的收藏管理等功能进行操作。

学生在我的页面可以对个人中心、通知文件、在线提问、日程安排、我的收藏管理等功能进行操作。

（2）管理员功能需求

管理员登陆后，主要包括首页、个人中心、学生管理、教师管理、标签管理、通知文件管理、在线提问管理、日程安排管理、系统管理等功能。
